Artist Statement
My interest and passion for both clay and paper, combined with my inspiration from nature, merge into a series of artist books. My current focus involves the process of eco-printing with both paper and clay.
Each book invites the viewer to visually explore the various tactile and auditory sensations found with the turning of each page. There is a contrast of smooth, sensuous and textured pages discovered throughout the book.
